CAMILLE'S BIOGRAPHY
At a very young age, Camille developed an interest in Musical Theater. She began taking lessons in Ballet, Jazz, and Tap. Later, she was featured in many local community theaters. As she grew older, she found a strong passion for singing. She started performing on stage, singing solo at the age of six.
With just a few notes, she made quite an impression with even the most influential people in the industry. Camille found that her influences are Whitney Houston, Ella Fitzgerald, Shirley Bassey, Mariah Carey, Alicia Keys, and Christina Aguilera.
Camille has performed at many venues all over the Los Angeles and Hollywood areas. She has won many singing competitions, captivating her audiences everywhere. In 2007, she competed in, and won the PACE program talent competition in West Hollywood. In 2008, she earned Best Singer Of The Year with Talent Star Search Worldwide, Los Angeles. She is currently on a school tour with PACE program. A great management team is currently working with Camille, developing her into one of the best young Pop and R&B singers in the industry.
Along with building her musical career, she has also branched out into acting. Released on national television in 2007, The LG Mobile "Come Together" music commercial features Camille playing the Clarinet. In May of 2008, the singer/actress also landed a promotional commercial for Nickelodeon. Recently, she was in a featured film called "Touched".
Camille holds a vigorous schedule. She is very busy keeping a GATE student status, taking and excelling in piano, dancing, and acting classes. She is determined to do it all. As magnificent as she is an entertainer, Camille's personal commitment to helping others is also of great importance. She has been involved in numerous charity events. She cares about people with all her heart and has always wanted to do something positive.
